If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please let us know immediately. Siusiume will arrange replacement and cover return postage. Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 15 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. For non-product damage returns or exchanges, customers are required to pay for the return and reshipping fees. Once the returned package is confirmed to be in good condition, a new package will be sent out.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package.That is not the return address for after-sale department and will affect & postpone the processing of your return. Return/Exchange address please contact us by email and will be informed.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Jewelry that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account and cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Note: For orders with free shipping, if the item is returned, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping cost originally incurred and a 50% restocking fee.

Cancellation policy

If the order is already being shipping, you need to pay 50% shipping fee. Siusiume reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published here.
